Return Eligibility

Customers have 7 days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return for eligible items.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of any stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with original tags still attached
  • Returned in original packaging (This does not include the outermost packaging used for shipping.)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Jewelry
  • Hats & Hair Accessories
  • Items marked as Final Sale

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return costs. Once your return request is approved, a return address will be provided to you, along with any other information needed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for any lost or delayed return packages.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, approved funds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
