1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website and purchasing products from Authentic You, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility and User Accounts

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all purchases made under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
3. Products, Pricing, and Inventory
  • Inaccuracies: We attempt to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee your screen display will be perfectly accurate.
  • Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If charged, we will issue a full refund.
  • Final Sale: Items designated as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
4. Billing, Purchases, and Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all boutique orders. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us if we suspect unauthorized, illegal, or fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery Restrictions
  • Domestic Shipping Only: We only ship to valid addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Any orders placed with international shipping destinations will be automatically canceled and refunded.
  • Risk of Loss: All purchases made through the Service are subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
6. Returns and Exchanges Policy
  • 7-Day Window: Eligible, non-final sale items may be returned for a refund within seven (7) days of the verified delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original boutique tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Clearance items, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry, hair accessories, or items marked "Final Sale" are strictly exempt from returns. Please review our full Return Policy prior to making any purchases.
7. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
  • To violate any international, federal, or state regulations or local ordinances.
  • To resell boutique merchandise for commercial profit without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Authentic You does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.
